I would say you're good to max it. Your GPU is above the requirements, and your CPU is clocked a lot higher than the recommended spec CPU is, and even though it recommends a 3770K with 8 threads, games cant really take too much advantage of hyperthreading technology, so I don't think there will be much performance loss there, and if there is, your overclock will probably more than make up for it. I'm going to say you're going to be able to run the game at its highest settings.

It recommends i7's and fx 8350 for a reason, because they both have 8 threads. Its safe to say that watch dogs will certainly take advantage of the threads. All that said, your i5/770 will be good enough to play the game at high - ultra depending on if youre a 60 fps nut, or if youre ok with 30 fps.

Im pretty sure that at PAX they used an i7 4770k and a GTX 780 to max the game out.

I hope your right! Worst case scenario- I can actually get to 4.8ghz but my max core temp gets to 82c max. Which isn't bad, but for me it's too hot for comfort. My gtx770 is arriving tomorrow from Amazon, but debating or not if I should return it for a gtx780. But then I'm still at -1 for having a 4670K. Oh well- can't winnem all.
