If you want good image quality, then let me tell you what destroys it first.
1: high refresh rates (Hz), to keep up the monitor needs to sacrifice image quality.
2: TN Panels, They're the faster screens which sacrifice the quality, and have the worst image quality.
Here's two IPS 60hz monitors, IPS is great for good colors and a good image. The one thing you'll sacrifice compared to TN 1080p/60hz, are respone rate, which are 5ms+ in most IPS monitors.
