I'm running Windows 7 How do I get rid of error message: There is a problem starting newnext.me\nengine.dll

On Startup I get the following error message:
There was a problem starting
C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\newnext.me\negine.dll
The specified module could not be found
 
Solution
go to command prompt and type the following sfc /scannow .note the space between the c and the forward slash.it may ask for your windows 7 install media.if this doesnt work try a system restore to before this happend.these cleaner optimizer programs can cause just such an error as this so use them at your own risk.
