So my graphics card is about a month old and It's had some issues but there are green pixels all over the screen.
What I've done:
Restarted my computer
Re-installed drivers
Deleted drivers
Made sure monitor was plugged in right
I'm not sure if it's my graphics card or OS because the graphics card never overheats and is at stock speeds. I think it might the OS and not my monitor or GPU is because when I drag an image canvas over the green pixels they disappear, however when I close it they appear. Also sometimes they are here sometimes they are not. Sometimes there a little, sometimes there are lots. Can I underclock my card? Is it the os? What do I do? I've sent the image captures to friends but they don't see the pixels. Is that good or bad?
Here's what it looks like on the computer http://gyazo.com/6b608607e11ccef22c971ec479807099
