Solution
3570k is not compatible with Z87 motherboard.
These parts are fully compatible :)
No need on 16GB RAM in gaming you'll be fine with 8GB

One last question,
what do you think about
MSI R9 280X GAMING 3G instead
They are almost same price and this one is 3Gb, Can I use this one on the same board and what do you think about intel CPU and AMD GPU?

Thx for your time :D

Well, R9 280X is slightly slower (5~7%) than GTX-770 but should do fine with your system :)
Intel CPU and AMD GPU's work fine together, also some R9 280X cards come with 3 free games.

Himm, I only wanted it because its 3Gb, but if you are saying that its slower, I will go with the one you suggested,
Thx a lot man. Youi are awesome

You're welcome :)

VRAM is not so important factor as graphics chip, if you play at 1080p GTX-770 would work a bit faster on 1080p but on 2560x1440p or higher then R9 280X would work a bit faster because of additional VRAM. Most games utilizes up to 1.8GB VRAM at 1080p (Except highly modded Skyrim).
