Everything seems solid, though you don't need a 750W PSU unless you want to add a second GPU down the road. Also the CX series doesn't get the greatest reviews for reliability. Antec, XFX and Seasonic are well rated.

3 changes you need , a 1150 socket motherboard for a 4670k , power supply and sniper ram.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Motherboard: Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($134.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($70.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: XFX XTR 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($94.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $300.97
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
