780 Classifed to 780 Ti

So... Should I Step-up? its only $170 including shipping for me to step up to a 780 Ti.... or stay with my classified? I know the benefit's I'm just needing a push in one direction or another....

If you have the money to drop go for it, or you can wait for the 800 series to drop.
It comes down to how happy you are with your performance now, if you feel its lacking step up, if you are satisfied, you save 170 until the 800 series.

$170 id not that bad of a price to go up but the gains are not insane. I wouldn't honestly as they both can max out most every game out right now in everything but multi monitor setups which you would need SLI for either way.

I'm happy... I'm buying a new system within the next week new parts and giving this one to my wife. In my signature. I'm just teetering cause its 170... but at the same time I'm SLI'ing Classifieds within the next week...

Oh she's not getting the classified I'm putting a 760 in hers. I've got two 780 Classifieds. one is sitting in its box

sometimes i take it out and blow in the fan and say "there you go little one" to make it feel used....

Ah, in that case just go for the SLI.

I sometimes take my 7750 out of its box and tell it that it was once loved.

I let my 650 Ti sit next to me on the couch.... not proud of it but.... she did well. When i took it out to replace it with the first Classified I no shit said "That'll do donkey, That'll do."

You cant help but feel bad for the hardware once its replaced. Expect my psu, That thing is getting blown up.

Yeah probably a good idea. I think I am however going to step up to the 6gb versions of the classifieds. I run multi-monitors so 3GB's is great but still just doesn't feel like enough at times.
