dual-r7 vs r9-270x

As the title suggests, my question is are dual r7 250s(at 1.05ghz) in crossfire better than a single to 270x (at 1.12 ghz)

Avoid CF with low end cards like the R7-250 or HD 7750. They don't scale well enough. I just tried a pair of HD 7750s (basically R7-250s) in an x8, x8 rig I built awhile back. Not good.
