PC Freezing Constantly (And other issues with user profiles)

I'm having multiple issues with my PC build and its really bothering me and getting in the way of what I am trying to do. My PC freezes almost every time I am on it. It isn't necessarily when I start it just happens when it feels like it. Usually when I'm in the middle of a game. I do realize that I do not have the most powerful build, but it should be able to run games decently (specs listed below). I also have this problem where non-administrators are not allowed to log in to my PC and I don't know why this is happening. I have gotten some advice for the freezing issue (I also have to reset my PC every time it freezes, like shut it down completely), but I feel like there is more that I could know about the problem. Its gotten to the point where I feel like going out to buy a pre-built rig so that I can do what I want on my PC. I am also understanding of the fact that my PSU is only 130W or so and I should get a new one, but I feel like changing that wouldn't solve my issue. In addition my PC blackscreens from time to time.

8GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 630
AMD FX 4300 Quad-core processor
TOSHIBA DT01ACA050 HDD

there should be label on psu on the side you wanna open the case and put it in your post,cause i dont think is the real voltage.

Alright, I'll do that later on, but if you have any other solutions to my problems I would greatly appreciate it if you answered them.
