Hello guys,

I am soon going to build a new gamaing pc but i m confused with what gpu and cpu should i choose

For CPU :
1. Intel Core i5 4570
2. 4670 (i don't want to OC as it will rise the cost)
3. Or any intel core i5 ( 4th gen) is there any new gen. Till now?

For GPU:
1. GTX 750ti
2. GTX 770
3. AMD R9 280x

Help me to decide which one will be best for price to performance ratio.

Other spec

  • Ram: 8GB
Monitor: 1080p I will be gaming at 1080p
    Corsair power supply
    SSD 64gb
    1TB hard hardisk
    Other things might vary

For me i would go for R9-280X.You see that CUDA core for Nvidia and Stream Processor for AMD is the same thing with different naming and technology but basically their job in rendering graphics are similar.GTX 770 has a 1536 CUDA cores and R9-280X has a 2048 stream processors. Moreover the buswidth for GTX770 is onlt 256-bit but R9-280X is 384-bit :) Your choice and i hope i helped :p

You can go with i5 4430 or 4440 but not lower, anyway price difference is not so big, i3 is also good but I wouldn't recommend you i3 for gaming build because it will bottleneck CPU intensive games.
