Will i be able to live stream Minecraft with Xsplit with a AMD A6-6400K 8Gb ram 1866Mhz 3tb HardriveSpace and a 7750 1Gbddr5 and a 600watt corsair Psu and 1.5mb upload speed and 4mb download speed

I didn't understood you as well but render distance 6 chunks other things on max vsync off fps limit unlimited openGL mine is off so yeah your hardware is able to play minecraft smooth check your net speed http://www.speedtest.net/ then tell me or take a pic and paste the link here
