So after building my PC i've had some issues with it displaying video. I've noticed that all LED's are on and the fans are spinning away however the monitor is not recieving any video signal. I've tried to disconnect my graphics card and only try the bare minimium. However it still isn't working. Please help :)

If you have video ports on the mobo.
Connect your monitor cable to them.

Enter the bios of the mobo, and in there is a setting for the order of what graphics display is initialized first.

Set the option to Pci-e first in the list.
Save the settings in the bios then exit.

Take the monitor cable from the back of the mobo and connect it back to the Pci-e cards video output ports.

I have done this, still nothing. I'm starting to think it's the CPU. However the power is connected and the fan runs for the cpu. Curious.

If the board, powers up and the fans spin.
And you are left with a black screen or no signal to the monitor.
It is because you may of forgotten to plug the four or eight pin 12v power block provided for the motherboard. Your psu should have this block along with the 24 pin atx block you fitted.

The connection in question on the board is located near or around the cpu socket.
Have a look for it.

Without it plugged in a full boot of the system will not be performed.
