Hi there tomshardware community, this is my first post here.I have been searching for the internet for some time and I do not find an answer for my questions.I have a very little knowledge about computers and I will really appreciate all helps and advices.
So here is the story.I wanna build a budget pc just for casual gaming and home use.I have this spec in mind-
CPU-AMD A6-6400K
Motherboard-ASRock FM2A88M-HD+
RAM-KINGMAX DDR3 1600MHZ (2x2) gb
I have a pc case with 450 watt psu.
Questions-
1)Will it work?I mean is there any problem with my setup?
2)I know that APU intergrated gpu share the system RAM,is that correct?
3)This will get a little confusing.Say I have (1x2) gb RAM and (2x2) gb RAM,can I run them on dual channel? If it can,can you please tell me how?
4)If the APU share the system RAM,will 1 GB is sufficient to run a game on 1024x768 with low detail?
5)How much does GPU memory affect gaming?
6)This is my final question. As APU share system RAM,if I set 1 gb of RAM to APU,will it still run on dual channel?
Im sorry if my english is bad and the question are not clear enough.Hope I post in the correct section.Thank you.
