Which onw will not make problem with my Windows 8.1? ASUS or Sapphire R7 240? I heard that ASUS one is a nightmare for 8.1. True and Sapphire is good?

The cards are pretty much the same, just clocked a bit differently with different onboard coolers. I can't be certain, but I highly doubt either of them would perform differently with Windows 8.1.

If someone was claiming that online, it's more likely they just got a defective card and decided to start spouting rumors.
