Ok this is my first PC I am building and I want to make sure I did it the right way. I also want to ask the people on here if there are any equally good or better for the same/cheeper cost. Also if I should upgrade anything, I want to play DayZ standalone, and arma 2/3. I want to make sure that my pc will run and play on about medium graphics. Also any better addons like mouse, keyboard, display, or headphones for same. I can go like 20-40 over budget if I wanted to, just sayin. Here is my future beauty. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Alcarese12/saved/4omB

Damn that MOBO seems a lot more confusing. With something would I like to get more RAM? Also would it be compatible with everything else. So many questions... Btw I was on here earlier and someone chose those parts for me.

it is a revision of your build, with better price/performance parts selection
cheaper mobo for non-OC build, hdd
better cpu, ram
cheaper case, 300R on sale
better gaming monitor 23" 1ms
you can save $140 or add 240GB ssd on the build

Ok so it should look like this then. With AMD's suggstions. Also what case should fit the MOBO.

i dont know what to say, but @tea urchin led you to the wrong end
above $90 mark is for z87 mobos (for overclocking)
non-OC mobo stays below that, usually we use the best price available for B85 mobo. h87 is fine, as long as it cost below $90. H87 doesnt give you any advantage over b85

with overall cost saving you can get from the build i made above, you could buy 120GB-240GB SSD
it will improve overall score of your gaming pc

sorry for being blunt @tea urchin, i want to help the OP get the best parts for his budget
