I will upgrade my pc soon and choosing between the two setups I made. I may or may not OC. I will use this for Gaming, 3D Rendering and Video Editing Build. I will use 1080p single monitor. Im in a limited budget and both of these setups have small difference in price.

i7 build. Although you can save money by purchasing the xeon 1150 socket instead of the traditional 4770

Second build most definitely if you want to do the 3D rendering.

Thanks for the answers. btw, Do I need a GTX780 for 1080p or 770 is enough for most of the games? I need a wallet-friendly build without sacrificing performance.

The 770 is enough for most games, but the 780 will last you longer.
