my motherboard only has a pci-e x16, but the graphics says u need pci-e 3.0, will my graphics card be compatible with my mb?

All PCI-E slots are backwards compatible you should be fine with GTX-650

Your CPU should have enough power to run that GPU.

Your CPU is too weak for that card, in most times your GPU will run at 60~70% of it's power while your CPU will run at 95~100% of its power.

Yes motherboard should be compatible with GTX-650
