High Ping, Very low download speed

Its only on my computer. i already tried another cable but still doesnt fix it.
Speedtest on my mobile have a normal result of how my net should be. Its only here on my pc.

This is my previous result (The normal one)

Download Speed : 3.04 Mb/s
Upload Speed : 0.81 Mb/s
Ping : 15 ms

But this is my newest result where my results are horrible.

Download Speed : 0.67 Mb/s
Upload Speed : 0.16 Mb/s
Ping : 358 ms

Does this have something to do with my built in LAN Card on motherboard?
What should i do? Internet is working properly on other device

reinstall drivers, try different ethernet port on router, try different router, try pluggin the ethernet straight into the modem and not the router, etc. You need to isolate the problem, then deal with it.

I think so.. Only my computer is connected directly while my Mobile which had a normal result is connected via wifi.
