I currently update my build which is as follows
Corsair TX 850 PSU
Gigabyte Z87-HD3
Intel Core i5 4670K
DDR3 8GB
Toshiba 1TB
Samsung SSD 128 GB
Antec NSK4482 Cpu Case
Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit
Samung ES 6800 40"
GeForce gtx 660 OEM

The problem is that after assembling the parts when i upgrading the nvidia driver It starts flickering and it keep like that i goes to another area and their power connection it looks smooth i give it connection from my 2000W inverter to avoid any kind of electric shock it seems to work other than my home is it my power inverter or my area electrical problem or is the supply is overkill for that system

After checking all the components I installed a servo motor stabilizer for my pc and now it work perfectly i think it is my wiring i think power supply is more than what i can bargain for so it adds up about 40$ in my budget but it got problem solved.
