My graphic card is not being recognized!

Hello,
I've been using an integrated video card for a while, then i figured it's time to buy a new GPU. So I've bought a Gainward GeForce GT 610 2GB. I installed it but it didn't work at the beginning... Then I've found something telling me that i have to disable the onboard card first. I went to BIOS and I set it to PCI Ex. The new GPU worked fine for about 3 days, then started showing the No Signal error again ( shows "No Signal" message for 4-5 times then the screen goes black and the led turns orange), so i tried switching to PCi Ex again from BIOS but this time won't work. I don't know what the problem may be since the card was working fine yesterday. The integrated card runs fine. Any suggestions?

Maybe there's something else in Bios you have to reset. Tell us your components - CPU, mobo, PSU.

Can you provide a screen dump of your UEFI screen?

Yep - but UEFI only comes with new mobos. All your stuff is old except the gt610. Your PSU is crappy. Your ram - ddr2 and only 2GB of it - is very poor. Any of these things could cause a problem.
Your PSU might have failed with the extra load from the gt610. It sounds like your motherboard switched the Bios back to integrated graphics all by itself. Is that so? I can only guess at how your Bios is laid out. Is there something where you not only have to turn on the pcie graphics but also turn off the integrated graphics?

I can't switch the integrated card off, i only can set it to Auto/Enable. The Bios is set to boot from PCI Ex first, but when i connect the GT 610 the monitor shows me the No signal error for about 4-5 times then the led turns orange, tha fans are spinning too.
I think that the PSU may be faulty as well, with those 2GB RAM i ran a 9500GT with no problems, but this PSU i installed it recently and it may be the problem, I'll try to find a better PSU to test the card.

Gee that Bios is OLD!!! If the PSU is that old and being an unknown brand then it may be faulty. So trying another PSU is a good idea.

Another idea - try a 'cmos reset' - reste you bios back to deafualt. either in bios or by swicthing off, wait 10 mins, remove mobo battery, wait 10 mins, put battery back, power up again.

Maybe just double check your graphics card connections - into pcie slot fully and locked plus power connectors fully home.

Also check your power supply voltages with HWInfo - 12v, 5v 1nd 3.3v - min and max

go into your BIOS, go into security, then Secure Boot Configuration, Enable Legacy Support and disable Secure Boot

Your psu is only providing 4v on the 12v rail. Get a GOOD power supply. You need 12v to run a graphics card

I looked at the third picture which is the system summary and the gt 610 isn't in there which can mean that it just isn't recognized.
Have you tried a bios update?

My GT 610 wasn't connected in the PCI slot at that moment, that's why, I was connected to the integrated graphics.

Those voltages look good,so the psu should be fine.

But the voltages wren't before. So the psu is going good.bad.good. So get a new psu - a good one

Actually, these voltages were not shown HWInfo, they are shown just in BIOS, in my case... and HWInfo still not showing the 12V one, but when i go in BIOS, i can see it.

I would take the readings from the bios over that of a program when it comes to it.
The +12voltrail wasn't even in the readings from hwinfo.
