Modifying my PC and buying new parts.Need help!!

Hey guys!! im gonna be buying some parts for my PC soon but i dont wanna change all of them.. heres my SPECS: graph card: geforce 210 1-GB DDR3.
RAM: 3GB DDR2 .MOTHER BOARD: asus M2N68-AM PLUS. PROCESS: AMD athlon 64 5200+ X2 dual core. i dont know the PSU though.Now i want to retain the mother board.Are there any good graphic cards,Processsors i can buy which are compatible with my mother board?? Also can i replace my ram with 4 GB DDR3 ram sticks with my current mother board?PS: i want links from the following web site: www.flipkart.com

you can't replace the ddr2 with ddr3 on that mobo, they are not cross compatible.
you can only use these processors https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M2N68AM_PLUS/HelpDesk_CPU/
you can fit any GPU.
you need to replace your mobo to do anything significant with the processor and memory.

https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M2N68AM/ says it is compatible with AM2/+ CPUs such as Phenom FX/Phenom/Athlon 64/ Sempron/Athlon 64 X2/ Athlon 64 FX/ processors with 2MB / 1MB / 512KB L2 cache, which is based on 64-bit architecture. These are all old old cpus and you'll have trouble buying them new.
CPU benchmarks: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/midlow_range_cpus.html show your cpu benchmarking at 1272. Any of these other cpu's hardly make any difference. If you put a good graphics card on that motherboard with that cpu or any of the others that will fit, then the cpu will stop the card working.
So to upgrade your pc, you need to firstly replace the motherboard and cpu (and ram) with something newer.

What are the best graphic cards and processors out there which are compatible with my mobo? I want parts from this link: www.flipkart.com. The graphic card and the processor together must be below 15K INR and the processor should not bottleneck the graphic card and both of them must be compatible with my mobo. Clear enough?

The cpu you've got is about the best processor for that motherboard. If bought a better processor it'd not make much difference.
You can't use a good Graphics Card with that CPU. The CPU will just bottleneck it - stop the graphics card going hard. Especially with such slow RAM. Maybe a 750Ti at the most.

A crappy new pc these days has a cpu with benchmark 5000 compared with your cpu 1200. DDR3 will handle data twice as fast. Most have 8GB DDR3 RAM these days.

So its a waste of money to try to upgrade your PC just with a Graphics Card. You need to buy a newer motherboard, cpu and ram first.

there will always be a bottleneck, it changes according to the game, and if you are not bottlenecked by your processor, you are (by definition) bottlenecked by your GPU (that you just spent money on).

Ok so a bottleneck by which component is likely to cause lag in games??

what do you mean by lag, do you mean a slow connection to the game (proper lag) or do you mean low frame rates (not lag at all but often referred to as lag), the latter is caused by either cpu or gpu being underpowered, or Ram being too small.

I suggest getting am3+ Motherboard and an FX series CPU.

And upgrading RAM to about 8GB or 6GB DDR3

Now I'm not sure what games do you want to play. If you could tell me that would be great.

. I have selected by processor,ram,mother board.Specs are as follows

rocessor: intel core i3 3220,mobo: intel DH 61 BF,ram: 8 gigs. now I need a graphic card that won't bottleneck my processor and is decent enough for gaming but please keep in mind that it has to be cheap.
