Ok im getting a Intel 4 Gen Core I5 4670k. I am also getting the MSI Z87 G45 Mobo with has the built in OC Genie. I will be using this feature to overclock as it is my first computer build. I was wondering if it is really necessary for water cooling or if I could just get a Hyper 212 Evo
