My Mobo is Asus P4S-LA. i got pentium 4 1.8ghz and Nvidia geforce fx 5200. any suggestions for new processor and new video card that can support my motherboard ? Thanks

You should just get a new motherboard too, it's too outdated to be worth upgrading on. You should just upgrade your PSU + CPU + MOBO + GPU + RAM to get any real difference in performance. How much where you planning on spending? Even a low-end new cpu should beat even the fastest cpu that mobo supports.

Your motherboard is unfortunately to old to really be worth upgrading. I would suggest taking the HDD and CD drive out of your computer and building a new one from scratch. Buy a new PSU, motherboard, cpu, ram, case and gpu. How much are you willing to spend? I can give you a list of parts to fit it.
