G45 vs G65
"Everything that is OC-oriented is gone with the Z87-G45 GAMING; the buttons, probe header, dual BIOS, OC Genie switch, and a SATA 6 Gb/s controller are all missing, and we have a different, less efficient VRM."
As I said though I think Gigabyte is better quality in general, and it has better audio. I could run down the list of features I suppose but frankly I'm just not comfortable recommending MSI period for motherboards.

Most Z87 MBs OC the same, or with very little difference. I have OC'd my MSI board to 4.6 GHz and it is very stable.
