When will price drops stop?

The prices of a lot of components appear to have been dropping since the start of the year, at what point will we see these prices stop dropping, or even start increasing?

I'm building a PC for the first time and am buying parts for the first time, so I'd like to know when is the best time to buy components.

The best time is Black Friday you can literally save 400 bucks on a 1000 dollar build. I know its April and Winter just ended so if you are impacient just look out for price drops in may-june and get your parts then. There is no real prediction because no one knows thats it.
