Hi Im thinking a out building a pc for gaming at 1080p and watching Hd movies for example GTA V (even though TBC) or watchdogs. My components would be :

mobo - gigabyte GA B85 HD3

Processor - i5 4570s (65W)

Ram - 8 gb G skill Ripjaws 2133 mhz

HDD - Western Digital green oem 1 tb

PSU - Powercool x viper 450W 80 + bronze

GPU - msi nvidia 750 ti 2 gb 2 fans

I wont overclock it. I will use a 22" monitor 20W. I love low consumption machines ;D

Any feedback? If you want the build dont mind crediting it xD

My alternative to i5 4570s is the i3 4130 is there any big difference between these? I sometimes do heavy tasks such as converting videos or editing mp3 files.

the i3 4130 can handle that with its hyper threading technology its like it has 4 cores. pair it with a better gpu = more fps in gaming.

but i wouldnt pair a powerful cpu with a mid-range card.

Yeah hyperthreading they have said me its better having real 4 core processor than having virtual ones. Im thinking about i5 because it could work for future games at at least 1080p at medium settings. Or if something takes advantage over the apu 7850k I will buy that for sure ;D

whatever suits you but i would stay away from apu's if you want to play games at ultra with some very decent fps.

with an i3 you can probably get a gtx 760 with an XFX 550Watt Bronze.

If you're using that motherboard, you'll need to get 1600mhz or 1333mhz ram, I'd go with 1600mhz.

Although gtx 760 is so far so good I will stick with the 750 ti for the low consumption. Idk but i feel guilty wasting too much eletricity :D

So bad is the brand Powercool? Then why the shop I'm buying it from says 9 out of 10 score

because its a fraud and they want you to buy it. thats the SHOP that rated it. the real rate is about looking inside it and see the horror of cheap components.

If you're worried about electricity over gaming power, the 4570s + 750ti would be good, and you could use a 300w or 350w SeaSonic 80+ Bronze psu or the 380w Antec 80+ Bronze psu.
