Not great at all - you have an APU and a dedicated GPU which is pointless. Are you building? If so, I'll give you a good parts list. Just give me your budget. Hey Thansk for the reply, do you live in the uk? And no it's getting build from pc specialist,
I was thinking of building one but how would I knwo how to? I wouldn't have a clue really, my budget? It's around £600 to £800 depning on what's what I want it first for gaming and also really fast as I want to do collage work and whatever I want, so what do you think? Thansk a lot

There are definitely USB ports and an ethernet port. Most of the time you'll get a built-in Realtek sound card. The graphics card is great and overclocking is optional but do your research before overclocking.

What Sora said.
With i5 you can last long for many years. its a great CPU for good budgets. Also, the GPU can get you around 50FPS in any game. just name it!
You will have evverything you need. However if you still need a more quality Sound , then get a PCI card for sound.
But , i am sure you wont be needing anything like that. Just stick with one that comes with Motherboard and enjoy!

By that i mean for Ultra at a 1080p , you will be able to get average of 40-50fps. However a little tweaking with settings (combining with high and ultra or medium @ 1080p only ) 770 can take you much higher as well.
Also there is scope of some overclocking aswell which can help you get gain by some number of FPS if needed.
The card is just great you can rely on it easily.
Also what will be ypur prefereable settings i.e. what type of settings and resolution you planning to play on?

Its good overall.
You can do is gaming or any other task you can think of at a good performance.
These have all things you need.
And for Anti Virus , i am not sure i never use one. well for a free one i used AVG in past and it was fine
Just make sure you setup parts well. (best would be ask at local shop to make it assemble for you?)
Also, do you have a monitor?

i did said it is easy. But that depend if you feel it easy looking at various tutorials around , then its great.
And why i refering to go for shop because since its your first time , if anything go wrong you may wanna refer to their afterward.
Other wise internet is huge you can always find a solution to most of problems you might face.
So basicly if you want to try setting it up your self then its cool otherwise if you are somehow fearful if something go wrong , better go ask someone who know how it works and just contact with him.

Well one more thing getting older version isn't gonna be any worth now since few of softwares are becoming specific to windows 8 only.
And no windows 8.1 is good all you need to use it fairly. it do take up some ram but after update 1 is released mine takes up like 1GB of maximum ram by windows processes. so i think it is good.
Also for games it support modern DirectX i.e. 11.1 which older windows doesnt so i think that is also a plus point.
There is nothing like games not gonna work on windows 8.1 every game could launch up easily i have been playing over 10 year old games on it with no trouble. Also its not my personal opinion technically it should work aswell. Since there is a compatibility troubleshooter which fixes up most of thing not working due to an older version;
IN THE END everything should be fine just get 8.1..
Ye that series is good of logitech.!

Hey , ok so abit of changed plans here, my mom got me a gaming pc so that's free!
Cyberpower Infantry GT Gaming Desktop PC AMD A8 5600K FM2 3.6GHz Processor, 8GB
It's on amazon it's £400 but cost me nothing, anyways I'm looking in to it and could I change the motherborad to the one you said? As it does not have a audio out put

i have never heard about that brand. Actually just get some quality Ram like Corsair, Kingston, GSkill etc..
Whitchurch is one i never heard or saw anywhere not sure why.
And anyway that processor is pretty much entry level but you can be fine with it for medium level gaming atleast.
Also what GPU it has? if it is only relying on A8's integrated GPU than it aint good for gaming at all.
Otherwise for free its good
And you CAN NOT swap motherbaords like that. Each processor require a specific type of Socket Motherboard.
that A8 5800k uses FM2 type mobo while the one i suggested uses different. So no you cant.
Also, every motherboard do have Audio Output. by that you mean audio jacks( ports ) for speakers/mic at back/front??
EDIT: i googled it up: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cyberpower-Infantry-Desktop-Pro... , is that same as yours?
If yes i would say the case is pretty much great , 8 GB and 1 TB of ram are enough.
However again for a decent gaming expirence you would be needing a GPU / CPU / MOBO / PSU upgrade anytime sooner. As newer games require much power of GPU and CPU - balanced.

As newer games require much power of GPU and CPU - balanced.

i have never heard about that brand. Actually just get some quality Ram like Corsair, Kingston, GSkill etc..Whitchurch is one i never heard or saw anywhere not sure why.
And anyway that processor is pretty much entry level but you can be fine with it for medium level gaming atleast.
Also what GPU it has? if it is only relying on A8's integrated GPU than it aint good for gaming at all.
Otherwise for free its good

Wow! You knwo so much bro I am very thankful for your guidance, ok and yea that's the pc, it's coming tomorrow!
So if it's good enough for free what shall I do to upgrade it? Just the power and the grathics card? Also what I mean by adio output is a optical output as I have Astros a40s and to get dibky souround sound I need to plug in the optical cable but I'm looking at this and it only has jack ports instead ? Is there another way? Thank you a lot ( also if this works out I have a brand new i5 prosper the one that you told me to get I will be selling it for a very reasonable price

Hi, ok so iv got everything I spent atleast250 on a mouse and keyboard and hard gaming mat, antivurs and a div-d cable as it does not have a hdmi now I read up that the only diffrences is hdmi comes with audio is this correct? I sold the i5 on ebay really fast, now I will just conect my astro a40 to the pc so I can hear sound from there.
I wanted to ask you if it's ok for you to name some things I should get ? Should I get a better grathics card and power sub? Is so could you please name them as a list like you did before ? Thank you so much
