System Reserved partition on new ssd

I used EaseUS Partition Master my SSD is a Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB. I don't have much storage capacity to work with as it is and I would really like to free up some space. I wonder if system reserved is the rcovery partition in which case I don't really need it.
