Overclocking Dell Precision T5400 with ORW203 mother board O

Has anyone successfully overclocked this machine? I'd like to know how, I have got setfsb and real temp and CPU Z. How do I get the best settings?

Get a better motherboard. The thermals on that board are miserable. It is not designed for overclocking.
