Hi Tom’s Hardware,

I am planning to buy a gaming and multitasking PC, and I would like to ask you, if this CPU configuration is enough to run this system?

PSU :Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU
Motherboard : ASRock Z87 Extreme4 Motherboard Rs. 14399
CPU : Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1150 4670K i5 4th Generation Processor Rs. 16459
RAM(OS) :Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10) Rs. 5850
HDD :Seagate Barracuda 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST2000DM001) Rs. 5933
SDD :Kingston SV300S37A/60G Internal Hard Drive
GPU :ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti 2GB 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
COOLER :Cooler Master SickleFlow Red 120 mm Cooler Rs. 530
KEYBOARD :Cooler Master Devastator USB Mouse and USB Keyboard Rs. 3190
SPEAKERS :Creative SBS A335 Multimedia Speakers (2.1 Channel) Rs. 1648
CPU COOLER :Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Cooler

Is all above parts compatible and is the motherboard good for this kind of build? My Budget is about Rs. 50,000($1150).

Thank you.

Yes it's more than enough, i would even go as far and get a i5-4570 and a H87 or H81 motherboard, so you can afford a better gpu. In games it's CLEARLY going to be the gpu which will be holding the fps down, not the i5.

For multitasking you should also consider AMD FX8350/FX8320, they're great for multitasking and still plenty of power for gaming.

Then what do you think about
MSI NVIDIA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti/N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card or
ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card or any other gpu you recommend

The GTX 750ti is a fine choice, though i would rather recommend the AMD R9 270, it runs games on high settings and isn't that much more than the 750ti.
It's probably the best bang for your buck (price/performance) card out there right now i would say.

Keeping the i5-4670K in the build would be more expensive and a bit over the top when paired with a R9 270, though it would make a system that would be easily upgradeable since the i5 would keep up with any new gpu you might choose to throw in the system in a year or two.

i have selected Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7850 HDMI OC Edition 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card will this be enough for this system??

Yea it would be fine. It's always better to bottleneck a little bit on the gpu side instead of the cpu, since you use the cpu for anything that isn't gaming. ;)
