Hello, I recently just put together my first build:
Motherboard: Asrock 990fx extreme 3
CPU: AMD FX-8350
Graphics Card: Sapphire dual-x R7 265
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper 8gb
PSU: Corsair HX650
I have Windows 8.1 on a Samsung 840 evo 120 gb
Soon after I first booted up my PC, I noticed a LOT of stutters following by an entire freeze. After I while it progressively got better but it's still heavily noticeable. I want to game on this computer but when I started up a game I get low FPS and the stuttering still continues. Not sure if what the problem is and help is much appreciated (not really an expert so please bear with me).
