Can't get in to bios

Hi everybody. I'm having trouble getting in to bios on my gigabyte f2a55m-hd2 everything on my PC is running good I just want to increase the ram frequency. When I press the del key in post all I get is a black screen with the mouse cursor and it seems to freeze, I left it for 30 mins and nothing happened. Please if anyone can help me would be much appreciated. Thanks

Iv done this and the same is still happening.

Thank you for your help but iv swapped my hdmi lead for a div and im in bios
