Hi, I have a Toshiba Satellite U845W laptop that has suddenly stopped having connectivity to the internet. It still shows connection to the network and displays full bars of connectivity with internet access, however no program/browser can access the internet and is simply left at 'establishing secure connection'. The only solution/remedy I have found is to restart the laptop, but the problem comes back after anywhere between 10 minutes to two hours.
I don't believe it's the router as I have checked/changed/restarted it and adjusted settings to no avail, and more importantly I have a PC connected via ethernet and two other laptops which all work without any issues.
I've tried renewing IP address to no avail. I originally thought it was related to Avast because when I disabled it the connection came back, but then afterwards the same issue occurred, I turned Avast back on and connection was restored. However, since then no amount of fiddling with Avast has affected it, and I have since uninstalled it but it is still not having any affect.
I have run multiple virus scans with avast, avg, spybot search and destroy and a few others. I've checked all of my drivers and updated them, so I'm really puzzled as to what could be the cause.
If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. The results of my ipconfig /all are as follows:

I am using a Netgear WGR614v7 router and a TP-LINK TD-8840T ADSL2 model connected to an ADSL2+ connection with TPG in Melbourne, Australia.
