I would get these: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/lNdG

The GPU depends on your power supply. If you have a bad quality/not powerful power supply, the only card you can get is the GTX 750/750Ti from Nvidia. These will cost $120/150. The R7 260X from AMD is better bang for your buck, but requires a better power supply.

This would cost $320-350, but if you can round up enough money I strongly recommend getting the R9 270X, which costs around $200, making the total $400.
As pfunkmd said, an APU is a waste of your money. With 200$ you simply can't get a motherboard, a CPU and a GPU that could be used for gaming or recording. You should save something like 450-500$, then you could get the FX-6300, a decent motherboard and the Nvidia GTX 760 (or if it has to be AMD, the R9 270X).

That CPU doesn't have integrated graphics. As I said, don't buy anything before you've got the money for a decent build. You'll regret it if you do.

Like I am regretting now spent almost $667 and got this build :
U can see from my signature
Feeling very sad :??::(

Well if he gets the FX CPU now, he won't have a working PC since there is no GPU to run the display.

If he wants a working PC at that price range he'd have to get a FM2+ board and CPU, which are not powerful at all and the CPU can't be upgraded to anything powerful without getting a new motherboard, which would be a waste of money. An APU is also a waste of money because you're paying for the integrated graphics as well as the CPU. If you get a dedicated GPU later, the integrated graphics will no longer be used an will therefore be a complete waste of money.

I would personally regret wasting money so I assumed he would as well.

Also, he doesn't have $667, he has $ 200. That's hardly comparable.

Going with a APU at this current point in time especially for gaming with or without recording is not worth it in the long run and is definitely not future proof in anyway. I recommend to save up your money and go with a dedicated CPU and GPU to have a pleasurable gaming/recording experience.

$400=1.2K MYR .. i think this will be too expensive .. but if this specs can play all game max out even in recording .. i will try my best to get those budget .. the GTX 750 and R9 270X which is has more better performance and cheaper .. tqvm

Yeah, it won't play them at max, but the budget is what it is...
