Hibernation Not Working

Hello,

I have built my new computer and just came to realize that the hibernation does not work. I have tried using the command prompt to re-enable it but it isnt working. If the specs are needed let me know and I will post them below. Thank you

Solution
1.To make hibernation unavailable, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
In the search results list, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator.
When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
At the command prompt, type powercfg.exe /hibernate off, and then press Enter.
Type exit, and then press Enter to close the Command Prompt window.

2.To make hibernation available, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
In the search results list, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator.
When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
