860w Power Supply

As I am planning for my new board I wanted to get a few last recommendations for a few parts, one of them being the PSU. Currently Im thinking of going with Corsair AX860 860W 80 Plus Platinum (860 watts since my pc on average will use 650 at peak, and I wanted some more room for upgrades and over clocking in the future). Is this the best option? Should I go with a PSU with less wattage. Advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks

AX series are the most solid units on the market. but if you want you can go lower if price matters.

List your specs , you might not need that much power.

My Specs are the 4770k, GTX 780/SLI GTX 760 (not decided). Mobo is the Asus Z87 Pro C2 (not sure if it matters). WD Green 3tb and SanDisk SSD 128GB. My RAM is Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2x4) and most of the fans in the build will be Noctua's

You would only need the AX860 if you are planning to SLI 2 x 780! A 750watt PSU would handle 2 x 760 or the single 780.
