Hello
My configuration->
Core I7 3770K
Asrock Extreme 4
Corsair Vangeance 4GB x2 RAM
Seagate barracuda 1TB HDD
Samsung 840 SSD 120GB
Corsair Tx850M Power Supply
Cooler Master 690 2 Plus Cabinet
ATI sapphire 7950 vector-x boost edition 3gb graphics card
Win 8.1 Core x64

I have not overclocked it much, though I set the clock speed to 4.2GHz in bios, nothing more.
I just installed corsair hardware link as driver for my h100i, and the temp readings it showed were... :/
Have a look at screenshot below->

* Units are in degree celcius

Here is a screenshot of realtemp->

Any ideas?

First of all try reading core temps for accurate reading real temp and to confirm high temps. if temps are really that high, most probably a incorrect fitting of the cooler.apart from the corsair link you must connect the pump to the cpu power fan header.also beware of auto o/c cause may increase voltages very high, to the point not actually needed!

I added the real temp screenshot above.
Its showing 46 degrees at idle. Should I run sensor test to see if things are connected correctly?

real temps confirms temps of 97c as max temps. something is very wrong. do the previously mentioned!do you hear the pump working? and securely installed?are tubes worm enough?

Well, I just touched the tubes, I couldn't feel any liquid circulation at all! (There was only vibration of fans running real fast). And I also touched the pumper, again no activity at all! too silent.
I guess, something IS wrong, very wrong :(
I didn't fit this myself so I dont know what to do, will try getting it to a service man....

Can you please help me with reading? I mean, how much deviation are my readings showing than what should have shown (I mean, how much difference is there between my readings and ideal readings)?

please stop stress testing your cpu till you make sure its running cool enough and ensure pump is working. also if real temps is comfusing you, use this. core temp. with that cooler you should have idle temps of 30c and under load way below 70c or even 60c at stock voltages. tj max is the point cpu throttles in order to prevent damaging!

ok, so tried reassembling stuff....
things went fine. And I also now know that my pump is not messed up.
What happens is, when I turn on my pc, the pump stays on only for a little amount of time till the pc goes past bios screen splash (I know this because that "corsair" words on pump light up only during this interval and then turn off) and then pump turns off again. Any Ideas?

well if you have set it up properly, then its either broken and needs to be replaced or you have done something with the options. check corsair link software and your selected options.anyway if still nothing, this thing has 5 years warranty ,start making the arrangements!

its connected to power box by serial ata power connector and then there is a motherboard usb connection from pump connected to usb6_7 header on motherboard. Then the two fans on radiator are connected to pump via a Y cable. Is this correct setup.
Also, the word "corsair" on pump glows in blue color for a few about 3 seconds when pc is turned on.

as i previously posted, the pump must be connected to the cpu fan header and nowhere else! only the specific header can provide the power for the pump to run. most headers provide 1A and clearly thats insufficient! read the manuals!

I did read the manuals, it says in manual "Use included corsair link usb cable, attach pump unit to a motherboard USB header".And there's no thermal paste beneath the block, could that be problem? (Forgot it lol)

wait a sec.... I think that corsair link monitor is not detecting my H100i !!! :/

EDIT:
Ok, got the fan to be detected by Link Monitor by a recent fix told here-> http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=120962&page=2 (for other guys who have similar trouble).

This makes software to detect cooler, but the temps of cpu are still this way->
49 44 36 35
load: 9.6%

I think its taking wrong temp reading....
temps are changing like hell every sec (from 36 to 48 in one sec, basically impossible)
