Screen freeze at Bios boot Screen

Hi Guys, Cant get my PC to boot up. The screen freezes at bios boot screen. What should I do? Is it a hardware issue? Please help..
 
Solution
It could be many things. Use the process of elimination. Open your case and unplug everything except what your PC actually needs to run. Unplug HDD. DVD. Take all but one of the ram sticks out. You get the idea. Re-seating stuff can sometimes cure the problem. Pull the Video Card out and put it back in etc. Also, Check to make sure all your fans are spinning. Clean it with a paintbrush and vacuum cleaner.
Often times a Hard drive or DVD that is malfunctioning or not connected will will stop the post process. Inspect everything. Reseat all power plugs.
