Well. Price might look a little high on this one, but you'll be getting a extremely cool Corsair/ASUS themed Red & Black pc. Would say you'll need the replacement fans for the H100i if you don't want it to be extremely noisy every time you start your pc.
I started this as a GTX780SLI build which i really think you should consider since it would land within your budget instead of going over 2500 (for you will have to go over 2500 if the pc needs to meet your low requirements
)
And DAMM i wish i had the cash for that :>
EDIT: I really think Skylarz made the best possible build when it comes to going close to your budget, since your budget is a little low for what you want in your pc. Though you'll still need 16GB ram if this is for editing too.
If you want EVERYTHING from your list, then you should consider going for SLI GTX780 instead.
