bad fps gtx780

i really need help with this or im just gonna have to try send the card back
ok so i have a
gtx 780 superclocked acx edition
amd fx 8320
5.5tb of storage including a 2tb sshd
780w psu
8gb of ddr3 kingston ram
m5a78l-m/usb3 mobo
IN Win GR One Gaming Case Full Tower E-ATX USB3 White
and a h80 on my cpu and also lots of other fans in case keeping it very cool

i constantly have bad fps on bf4 and bf3 and even bad company 2 i am always dropping below 30 fps when nothing is happening and they aint the only games nearly everything sucks its driving me mad i have reinstalled windows re seated the card and all my ram i have cleared all drivers and installed new uninstalled games reinstalled them but nothing ever helps i have not overclocked the card and even under load it very rarely goes above 70 i really dont know what else to do

everything plugged in proper its a g7 power extreme psu and its almost brand new a few months old and it doesnt matter if i turn the settings to low i still drop down to 25 to 30 fps for like 30 seconds for no reason

i didnt pick my psu or mobo a guy i used to use when i was first starting out picked them so i really didnt know it was cheap the psu was 70 gbp when i brought it i may have to try change my mobo and psu then
 
Download and run OCCT.

At the end of a 1-hour CPU test a window will open with multiple charts. The charts will show power delivery and any "ripple" to the CPU and video card.

The GPU test is Furmark --- not sure I would run that if you think you have issues with the PSU. Furmark is a load :) that does not reflect real-world conditions but will certainly stress your video card and PSU !!
