kingston pen drive not formatting

Hello,
i have a 8gb kingston pendrive, it's not working, whenever i kept pendrive to system it shows "removable disk" and also it's not formatting and opening, when i open pendrive it asks format the pendrive first while trying to format it's not formatting,
in the properties also it shows
used space:0 bytes
free space :0 bytes
plz give me solution

Hello, I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support. We apologize for the issue experienced with our USB drive. The behavior described would indicate that the drive has failed. If you check in Disk Management the drive may be listed with "No Media", if it is listed otherwise it may be possible to 'clean' and format the drive using diskpart in Windows command line. We stand by all our products and can replace the drive under it's warranty. Please call us at 1-800-435-0640 (USA and Canada only) M - F 6am - 6pm PT and I or another available Technician will assist you.
