Samsung hlr4667wax/xaa DLP TV random restarts.

I have a Samsung hlr4667wax/xaa DLP TV that is randomly restarting.

This happens after about 40-50 minutes of use and the screen/speakers just shut off and turn back on very fast. This happens once, about five minutes later, a minute after that and then it happens more often until I turn it off and leave it alone for a while.

I opened up the back and the fan is running and bulb looks fine.

Anyone else run into problems like these with DLP televisions?

That's because it gets hotter and hotter. That's why it stops restart when you leave it wor a while. After that it must start doing the same scenario. Check for problems with the cooling.
Other cause of the problem might be the power section and more especially a capacitor problem. The same symtoms are observed then.
