So I knocked a small piece of the motherboard side of the hdd so I soldered it back on n now my PCM gets to bois n then comes up with loads of drivers n after a while saying pls insert storage with os on it problem is there's some very special n precious stuff on there as well as a number of torrents.

So I don't know whether to take it to a store n hope they don't find the files

Solution
I assume you mean you broke something on the hard drive controller and soldered it back on. Well, you could either find a duplicate make/model drive and replace the controller. Or ship your drive off for data recovery---which will cost you a couple hundred to a couple thousand dollars.
