So, yes Vista.. sorry...
But, I built a new computer for my kid and try to save myself $100. I did Vista Ultimate 64bit.
I have Vista completely updated etc, then went to do CCC, but at the end of the install , it says failed. When it list the different components that it installed, it all said successful, but the last entry is Catalyst Control center is a fail.
After some Googling.. came across a AMD thing saying .NET 4... well, I tried to install .NET 4 but it wouldnt cause the machine has a higher version of .NET 4.5...
So, do I uninstall .NET4.5 and do just 4.0?
The version I tried to install is the one that AMD recommended by filling out the choices 13.2 I think.
The video card is a Gigabyte 7870OC....
