Hello,
i'm new in here. I wanna upgrade my gfx card. In my country R9 290 is 42k new. I found a Evga-gtx-780-sc acx cooler in 39k. It was used for 3-4months. Card is 100% ok.

Now which one i should buy?

My Config:
*. Processor: Intel i7 950 @ 4.0 GHz
*. Cooler: Tt Water 2.0 Pro LCS
*. Mobo: Asus x58 Sabertooth
*. RAM: Patriot Viper3 4x4GB [16GB] 2133bus Quad Kit
*. HDD: WD-500GB-Blue-SATA3 6Gbps
*. ODD: LiteON LabelTAG 24x DVD-Multi
*. PSU: Tt ToughpowerST-750w-80plus Gold
*. Chassis: Thermaltake Level-10-GTS
*. Monitor: Viewsonic VA2013WM 20" LCD [1600x900]

Thanks. [sorry i'm not good in english]

I personally would go with the GTX780 since it is a cooler and better balanced card.

I'm not a big fan of buying anything used for Pc's, but if it's definitely 100% OK, then I'd probably go with the 780. Depending on which version of the 290 you were looking at, I'm guessing the cheapest models will be the reference AMD designs which aren't very good. The eVga 780 w/ACX cooler is one of the best designs though. Otherwise, they'll perform fairly similarly in most games.

So, in short, get the 780 if it's for sure usable.
