BIOS recognizes overclock but Windows/CPU-Z not

Hello guys,

Don't mind my English and stuff,its my first post....

I got Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L I was doing the overclock couple times and it worked well on Intel Pentium Dual CPU e2200 @ 2,20GHz I went up to 3GHz stable

Appearntly I reinstalled the windows 7 because I had some problems with it and overclock dissapierd the problem is I tried to overclock it again after some time like after 2-3 days I overclocked it to 2.97GHz.And The bios shows its Overclocked and new Clock speed,but when I turn on Windows 7 32-bit Ultimate it in propretis it dont show its overclocked its the same as in CPU-Z please help me
 
Solution
I fixed the case,I opened the PC and reseted the CMOS and cleared it from dust...After that I overclocked it again and it worked it it goes like a beast on 3.33GHz
