Windows 7 scaling on just one monitor

Just received my Samsung UD590 monitor, but in order to see anything I had to scale windows 7 by 150%. The problem with this is that it scales my other display as well, which is just 1080p. Now everything on the second monitor is zoomed in and not very useable. Is there a way to use scaling on just one monitor while keeping the other unaffected?

The Samsung is connected using the provided displayport cable. The secondary monitor is connected using DVI. Both are connected to a single GTX 780 and I have the displays set up as "extend these displays".
