I'm connecting two video cards together with either an extendable connector such as this [Koolance] , this [Swiftech] or this [Bitspower]. Or I'll be connecting them via tubing. I have 80mm between the cards (for the SLI fingers) so I'm not 100% sure these connectors would even reach or if I'd be better off just using tubing and fittings.

Has anyone used connectors like these before? I feel like generally adjustable parts and water are an accident waiting to happen but these might be okay? Can anyone vouch for or against them?

If you would recommend I get connectors over tubing and fittings which name would you recommend for this particular product?

Alright so you wouldn't say that they're prone to leaking? That's good.

Now will any of them reach? I know the distance between threads for fittings would be less than 80mm because 80mm is the SLI finger spacing. But I don't know how much less would be between threads. The Koolance one looks like it would looking at the specifications sheet. Is Koolance a good fitting manufacturer? My current build uses EK and Bitspower fittings.

41mm to 65mm will reach if the SLI finger spacing is 80mm apart? I think that's called single slot spacing? (One slot unused between cards)

Wow really? Thanks!

Would you be able to get the distance between threads that the connectors screw into on the card waterblocks? And the length of his SLI bridge?
