Hi,
I am building a new PC and I wanted to know which GPU is the best. I want to play modern, newly released games with good graphics with a fine fps rate. The budget is no more that $150. Out of these GPUs, the EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit,
ASUS DirectCU II R7265-DC2-2GD5 Radeon R7 265 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI
ASUS GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
SAPPHIRE DUAL-X 100370L Radeon R7 265 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5

If you have any graphics card in mind that is better than these with the same price, please let me know! (Note: I am NOT going above my budget).

Either on of the R7 265 cards both are good respectable brands.

^ Ultra - no - It is a $150 card not $750. At that price point you have to lower your expectations on some games. What resolution will you play at?

I don't know... however I want it to be better than the lowest graphics setting, with a good fps to prevent lagging.

The R7 265 provides acceptable settings in most games at 1080P so you have nothing to worry about. Great card for the price.

With this card you can play many games at High settings with the AA turned down. It depends on the games you want to play. Some games, like Crisis, will heavily favor nvidia. Also remember that this card will take over 200W when pushed so don't scrimp on the power supply. This card is basically an HD7850 with slightly netter performance. Look at the review here?
