Strange relatively consistent BSOD

Hi, sorry if this isn't the best place to ask this question. I have a custom built computer with these specs:

OS: 8.1
i5-4670k (not overclocked)
Gigabyte z87x-ud4h mobo
840 SSD
WD 1TB HD
770gtx
8 GB (2x4) ram (can't remember brand, can find if necessary)
Seasonic 650W PSU

I built it around last August/September. At about halfway through December, my computer started BSOD randomly, growing more and more frequent. I ran memtest for 9 passes on both sticks of RAM individually and both had no errors. When I went to run the tests with both RAM sticks inserted, my computer stopped booting up. When I turned it on it'd just cycle the power on and off, with no display showing up.

I ended up sending the MOBO in for repair to Gigabyte. After I received it back,I put together my computer, and for 2-3 weeks it worked fine. Shortly afterwards ,I got a BSOD with PFN_LIST_CORRUPT error (WhoCrashed), the same error that occurred as when my previous failures started. A few days later, it BSOD again with KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE.

After that, I made it a point to try to update every possible driver I could. For about 2 months it didn't BSOD, and then last night when the computer was just idling with Firefox/Steam up it BSOD again. Here is the error:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000004e (0x0000000000000099, 0x000000000012d757, 0x0000000000000002, 0x000001200012d5e7). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 041914-7046-01.

Here is an excerpt from WhoCrashed on the most recent BSOD.

crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\041914-7046-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14DCA0)
Bugcheck code: 0x4E (0x99, 0x12D757, 0x2, 0x1200012D5E7)
Error: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

Could anyone help me? I'm really at a loss as to what could be causing this, especially after the MemCheck and MOBO repair

Also, sorry if this is a report I tried posting earlier and I'm not too sure what happened.

Here's an image history of these BugCheck errors:

Hey dish_moose, thanks for your reply. I have a "SeaSonic SSR-650RM 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power". My BIOS is...I actually don't know if what version of the BIOS they sent back the MOBO with. Hmm well this seems like a silly over sight. I have not considered a fresh install of windows, mainly because I'm not too sure what I'm doing wrong and figured even if I did I'd just repeat the same installs and get the same errors. Is that a wrong line of thinking?

I should mention the majority of my errors have been PFN_LIST_CORRUPT with the bugcheck 0x0000004e.

I really want to understand what could be causing this error. I haven't installed anything really too crazy on my computer, Office, Steam/Games, Firefox. All my software drivers (to my knowledge) are up to date.

Should I go to MS and ask for a mini-dump analysis?

Edit: I just checked, and I have F7 Bios and the latest is an F9. I will update and follow up later. This seems to be a pretty sporadic error, so if it occurs again it may be a bit. Should I make a new thread then?
